My name is Jacob Rooth and I am the chef/owner of Roothless Cooking LLC. Cooking delicious food for people is my passion. I started my food and hospitality journey six years ago with both front and back-of-house experience, including a culinary degree, in Chicago. After cooking under a Michelin-starred chef, I decided I was ready for a new chapter and moved to Denver. Upon arrival in Colorado, I was ready to try my hand at being a personal chef and instantly fell in love with it. My favorite things about being a personal chef are getting to know my clients and tailoring menus to their respective needs (ok fine, AND meeting their dogs). When I’m not in kitchens, I am probably fly-fishing, hiking with my dog, Winnie, or watching Chicago sports.
